These terms cover the public NEST Network website and, together with Circle’s terms, your paid membership. By using this site or joining NEST you agree to them.
Membership
Public membership is $199 per month, billed month to month, with no lock-in contract and no exit fees. You can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the month already paid. Join through Circle at the NEST member checkout. Circle’s checkout and community terms also apply.
Staff cockpit is not member login
The /login page is for assigned Nest staff only. It is not the Circle member login and does not give membership access. Members should sign in through Circle.
Website use
You may browse this site for information about NEST. Do not misuse it, attempt to access staff systems, or use content in a way that misrepresents NEST. Webinar booking pages are for genuine session registrations.
Content and resources
Policies, checklists and community material are for member services. They are not legal advice and do not replace your own professional judgement or regulatory obligations. NEST may update resources as requirements change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, NEST is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
