She created NEST because service leaders deserved something more useful than another folder of resources: a place where strong systems and trusted relationships live side by side.

Ask us directlyIs NEST a lock-in contract?
No. NEST is a simple month-to-month membership with no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time and there are no exit fees or ongoing payments after you cancel.
Can I cancel my membership whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel anytime. Your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid.
Are refunds available?
Membership is billed month to month. We do not offer partial-month refunds after a billing period has started. If something is wrong with access, email office@nestnetwork.com.au and we will help.
What does the platform look like when I first join?
You get access to the NEST operations and compliance tools plus the private national community. Policies, checklists, quality resources and member conversations are in one place from day one.
Who can join NEST?
NEST is built for independent education and care services — owners, Approved Providers, Directors and Educational Leaders across Australia.
What makes NEST different from Facebook groups?
NEST is a private, paid professional network with operations and compliance systems attached. It is not a public social feed. Conversations stay with service leaders, and the tools sit beside the community.
What does my $199 per month pay for?
Unlimited access to the complete NEST platform: assessment and rating tools, operations and compliance dashboard, up-to-date policies, risk assessments and checklists, staff compliance and training, family and educator feedback, and the private national community.
Will more resources be added?
Yes. Resources, checklists and community content continue to grow. Membership includes new material as it is added.
Can I contribute my own resources?
Yes. Members share what works in their services. Founding members in particular help shape what NEST adds next.
Is my information private?
Yes. The community is private to members. We do not put your service conversations on a public Facebook-style wall. See our privacy page for how we handle personal information.
Can I network with other services?
Yes. That is the point. Owners, Approved Providers, Directors and Educational Leaders can ask questions, share examples and solve problems with people who do the same job.
Are there partnership opportunities?

Is NEST only for services that are struggling?
No. NEST is for services that want to stay ready, lift quality and stop working in isolation — including already high-performing services.
Why was NEST created?
Because operators were managing compliance, documentation and day-to-day operations in isolation. NEST puts the systems and the community in one place so leaders can spend more time with teams and children.
