Two different systems

Membership, community and checkout run on Circle (circle.so). Joining NEST as a member is a Circle checkout and a Circle account. The staff cockpit at /login is a separate internal tool for assigned Nest staff only. Public visitors should not create or use a cockpit account.

What we collect

• Contact details you send to office@ or Monique, or enter on a webinar booking form
• Membership details handled by Circle when you join
• Technical logs needed to run the website (for example IP address and browser type)
• Optional analytics cookies on public pages (Meta, Google and Vercel)

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, run membership, send webinar confirmations, keep the site secure, and understand which public pages are useful. We do not sell personal information.

Who else sees it

Circle hosts member accounts. Email, SMS and meeting providers (for example Resend, Twilio and 8x8) process messages we send. Analytics providers process public-page events. Those providers act on our instructions and their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask for access or correction, or ask us to delete information we hold, by emailing office@nestnetwork.com.au. You can also cancel a membership through Circle. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our response.
